The Garden of Candles
The 3DX chat community has been a vibrant and thriving online haven for many years, bringing people together from all walks of life to share laughter, tears, and countless moments of joy. As we celebrate the connections and memories we’ve made, November is also time for us to acknowledge the impermanence of life.
Some of our beloved community members have passed on, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. The Garden of Candles is a room created by Luna that is dedicated to their memory, a tribute to the impact they had on our lives, and a reminder of the preciousness of the time we shared with them.
We invite you to explore, reflect, and share your own remembrances of these special individuals in the comments section below. May their legacies live on in our hearts, and may their memories continue to inspire and uplift us.
I built a tiny garden
In a corner of my heart.
I kept it just for lovely things
And bade all else depart.
And ever was there music,
And flowers blossomed fair;
And never was it perfect
Until you entered there.

She’s in the sun, the wind, the rain,
she’s in the air you breathe
with every breath you take.
She sings a song of hope and cheer,
there’s no more pain, no more fear.
You’ll see her in the clouds above,
hear her whisper words of love,
you’ll be together before long,
until then, listen for her song.

Not, how did he die, but how did he live?
Not, what did he gain, but what did he give?
These are the units to measure the worth
Of a man as a man, regardless of his birth.
Nor what was his church, nor what was his creed?
But had he befriended those really in need?
Was he ever ready, with words of good cheer,
To bring back a smile, to banish a tear?
Not what did the sketch in the newspaper say,
But how many were sorry when he passed away?
