Kaythy’s first build is a reproduction of the First Avenue Club in downtown Minneapolis. The build is true to the original as much as possible, making some small concessions for usability in the game. Even the famed haunted bathrooms are present.

The outside wall of the club is adorned with stars, each one having the name of an artist that has played in the club. A gold one is reserved for Prince, the club served as location in the artist’s movie Purple Rain. Another notable star is a red one in the memory of George Floyd.

Kaythy opens her impressive first build on select evenings, so keep an eye out for it. For a next project this promising builder has her eyes set on 7th Street, a smaller venue attached to the First Avenue club.
