The Evil Hand

In the land of 3DX, the run up to Christmas has always been a period fraught with peril. Yet when reports of recent events came trickling in, our editor remained skeptical. As days passed, evidence mounted to the point it could no longer be ignored. What followed was hands down the weirdest story to ever leave our typewriter.

A strange affliction has spread through our beloved world. An affliction that sees its victims attacked by their own hand! Incredible as this may sound, our reporter experienced this cursed state ‘first hand’.

Medical science is baffled at seeing hands taking matters in their own hands (pardon the pun). Is it a new virus? A feat of biological hacking? What evil master mind could possibly have a hand in this?

Although officially a medical emergency, we have it on good authority law enforcement is getting involved as well. According to one official the recent spree of burglaries carried the clear signature of a hand job.

What are we to do in the face of this unprecedented calamity? For now, we can only advise everyone to keep a close eye on the hand. Sleep with one eye open, or better yet restrain the unfaitful appendage!

Handcuff Shortages

For over a year now, the Circle’s former janitor Angus Bawbag, has quietly been running his little hardware shop. Conveniently located at the crossing of Consensual avenue and Purple road, the stocky Scotsman has been selling his eclectic iron wares to a bespoke public of connoisseurs.

Nothing could have prepared him for recent events though. Crowds of desperate people have been storming his little abode in search of sturdy handcuffs. “I havnae seen anythin’ like this afore!“, said the stocky ginger, “Aw ma stock’s away!”

Similar reports have reached us from all around the city. Not a single handcuff to be found, with prices on the second hand market rising to never seen before heights!

While science may be in the dark about this disturbing phenomenon, in this editor’s humble opinion it should come as no surprise that in a world charged with years of drama, the supernatural should have found an easy victim. This then begs the question:

Who we gonna call?
